LAMP is a not-for-profit organisation. We operate as a collective and our associate consultants work together remotely and in-person. Our combined experience creates a strong team with expertise across disciplines, countries and sectors – including health, development and education.
LAMP was founded in 2014 by Jennifer Armitage. Drawing on her experience evaluating the impact of development assistance (ODA) and performance improvement, LAMP was established to support a broader range of organisations and enhance overseas aid programmes, whilst building upon national expertise where projects are delivered.

Measuring impact and efficiency of knowledge brokering platforms
LAMP supported the London School of Economics to develop the monitoring and evaluation framework for African Observatory on Health Systems and Policies (AO-HSP), with a greater focus on efficiency and impact.

Voices for Change Value for Money analysis
LAMP provided support to V4C to strengthen internal processes for routine monitoring and reporting of VFM. LAMP revised analysis templates, conducted training and facilitated VFM assessments.
