LAMP is a not-for-profit organisation. We operate as a collective and our associate consultants work together remotely and in-person. Our combined experience creates a strong team with expertise across disciplines, countries and sectors – including health, development and education.
LAMP was founded in 2014 by Jennifer Armitage. Drawing on her experience evaluating the impact of development assistance (ODA) and performance improvement, LAMP was established to support a broader range of organisations and enhance overseas aid programmes, whilst building upon national expertise where projects are delivered.

Skills for Prosperity VFM reviews & capacity building
LAMP provided technical support to the Skills for Prosperity (S4P) Hub on value for money (VFM), capacity building on VFM across 10 country programmes and development of reporting frameworks to provide portfolio level analysis.
