A professional with close to 20 years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors, Aurélie has solid expertise in the management and evaluation of international solidarity projects. Her expertise lies in bringing teams and partners together to identify improvement opportunities and increase the effectiveness of programmes and teams.
More specifically, Aurélie was managing director of a Uganda based NGO aiming at the holistic empowerment of young women in rural areas, through agriculture and SRHR trainings. She was also the Project Director of a research project across the Global South, responsible for consortium management and donor reporting.
Through her experiences, Aurélie has gained enhanced thematic expertise in gender, complex project management, evaluation and capacity building. Having always worked with multicultural teams, with a variety of stakeholders – from grassroot organisations to global donors – she easily adapts to different contexts, teams, and organisations. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
