Dr. Lynne Elliott

Lynne has over 25 years’ experience in global health, bringing strategy, research, evaluation, and a range of insight approaches to global health challenges for clients, from public, private, and philanthropic, non-profit sectors. Lynne became a consultant over eighteen years ago, following a thorough grounding as a director in one of Africa’s largest health NGOs and flying doctors programme and senior innovation roles in public health and the pharmaceutical industry.

Successes include helping unlock fresh recommendations for the Wellcome Trust for their $100m research capacity development initiative driven by the most urgent regional health challenges in Africa and Asia; creating a framework to better demonstrate the impact of British government health aid for the Independent Commission on Aid Impact; developing insights on the added value of Sightsavers health work; better measuring success at the Global Fund for HIV/ AIDS, TB and Malaria and developing insights and trends for future funding. Lynne holds a PhD in Tropical Medicine, MBA, MPhil (psychology) and first degree in Biochemistry.
