Hyeladzira Garnvwa-Pam is a health financing specialist dedicated to enhancing equitable access to health care. She holds an MSc in Health Economics and Health policy from the University of Birmingham, UK and is an Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity at George Washington University, USA. With over 10 years of experience, she has served as the Co-Founder of Partners for Health Equity (P4HE), Senior Advisor ThinkWell Global leading the health financing arm for the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative for States (PMI-S) and the health finance specialist at the National Primary Health care Development Agency (NPHCDA. Her expertise includes strategic planning, policy analysis, and data-driven decision-making and results-based financing, with notable contributions to developing the guidelines for the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF) and lending her voice to global health financing discussions.
